This heritage building has a beautiful facade which is tilting 30 degrees and yet the residents are living in this dangerous condition. A typical case signifying the desperate situation our heritage inner cities are facing.  Mr. Vyas’s father Mr Shankar Vyas moved in this house before 70 years as a tenant. Mr Shankar Vyas was a very active worker of RSS. This house has been visited by dignitaries such as Atal bihari vajbhai, L K advani in the past. Mr Vyas won a Legal battle for getting permission from court to get this building repaired although being tenant.
